Sundays @ 9:15 am

On Sunday mornings our junior and senior high school students meet together with Pastor Regan.  This is one of our main teaching times for our youth ministry.  The Bible is our focus of discussion as we learn.  We seek to create disciples through learning more from God’s Word and what it says for our lives.

BYG 

Wednesdays @ 6:30-8 pm

Our youth group meetings are very important because this is the time that we are able to build unity within our core group as well as bring new people to the knowledge of our Savior. 

Games - We begin our group time with a game of some sort that allows us to use up some energy, have some fun, and spend time with each other.  These games range from indoor team building games to outdoor sports.  The most important thing about this time is that all of the youth are involved in the game and that no one gets alienated.

Discussion - In our Bible study we seek to explore relevant issues in our lives through discussion and activity.  We learn to “go wide” with the GOSPEL of Jesus Christ, sharing with our friends; and to “grow deep” in our faith and knowledge of God’s Word. 

Other Activities

As often as we can, we plan youth activities in order to bring our group closer together, learn more about our faith, do service projects, and just enjoy fellowship with other Christian teens.  These include lock-ins, youth trips, mission projects, and movie nights.  It is important that we give our youth some opportunities to spend time with each other outside of church.  Volunteer sponsors are needed for these events especially because spending fun time with the kids cannot be limited to the pastor.
