Children are important to us here at First Baptist Church.  We take seriously Jesus’ command, “Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them for the kingdom of God belongs to them.”  We want to make sure children have the opportunity to hear and learn about Jesus.

             We offer Sunday school classes, Vacation Bible School, Lifebuilders, and a weekly children’s message in our worship service.  We also send many kids to Forest Lake Camp.  All of this is done to assist parents in raising their children with the knowledge that Jesus loves them and so do we.

Lifebuilders

Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 PM we have Lifebuilders for kids from birth through 5th grade.  They begin in worship with their families and then rotate to crafts, games, story, and snacks throughout the night.  Each section is focused on a common theme from our Bible story. 

If you can't get your child to Lifebuilders, we have a van that will pick them up.  Please call the church to request pick-up.
